Some people must have short memories or must have just started watching boxing because people keep saying Floyd is gonna do a marathon against Hatton.

As far as Im aware the only fights it can be claimed he ran were the last two against Oscar and Baldo. Is that really a surprise. If you were a tactician devising a strategy for your fighter who is much smaller than his opponent and doesnt have that KO Power but faster and a slicker boxer what would you advise. Hmmmmm....possibly stay on the outside and use your quickness to fire in some quick 1, 2 punches to score points while advoiding taking anything from the slower opponent.

Do people forget Gatti, Judah, Corley, Manfredi etc. With a smaller fighter Mayweather is more likely to walk down down his opponent which is why I envisage Hatton getting a beating. Not a knockout but with Hattons CUT history I see a stoppage in 7-9 rounds.

What will the excuses be then, Hatton was too small or overated. Which of course will be wrong. Hatton is an elite fighter and reigns supreme at LWW and will give a few top WW a fight too. Hatton is naturally heavy and stocky and as long as he trains right which I know he will coz this is the biggest fight of his life (If all is confirmed of course) he will cruise in at 147 in the best shape of his life. Unfortunately for him he will run into the p4p king who is out to prove all the doubters wrong. I see a night of utter dominance.
