for some reason all these people saying paq will dominate hatton never made sense to me

Just out of curiosity, what word would you use to describe a deliberate punch in the balls? Not 'cheating' of course, no..but what? 'unorthodox tactics'?

I wouldn't under estimate hatton folx. I think Mayweather Sr. will prepare him well for Pac. It's still 50/50 to me right now. If Pac keeps Hatton in the middle of the ring, he wins. If Pac get into a slug match or fight him on the inside, Hatton wins.

I seriously think Hatton is going to batter Pac... Dont get me wrong, Pac is great and he has every chance to win this fight, when you have two elite fighters (which people can say all they want, hatton is still elite) anything can happen, but i think Hatton is going to be too strong, too aggresive, with a good body attack to boot... and will be too much for Pac.

This fight is going to be such a classic as long as Hatton keeps his holding down... i think it will be a candidate for FOTY for 09.

I can see Pac hurting Hatton with his powerful straight punches... and being elusive with his recently improved defence, but i cant help but think that the way hatton closes the gap, roughs up and goes to the body is going to hurt pac....

can not WAIT for this fight though.... this is a true fight fans fight right here.

    It was called 'retailiating'

I still think Pac is going to win but i also think hatton is going to be very competitive. I think hatton will also be the biggest guy Pac has ever faced (In terms of weight i think on fight night Hatton will be the heaviest opponent to date)

If Hatton can turn it into a close quarters mugging, then yeah he'll win, but can he cut the ring off and get a hold of Manny. If Manny does the old stick and move this won't be close.

Well 'retaliating' to borderline, accidental low blows with a vicious hook to the testicles is not within the rules, even if you think it was a 'moral' thing to do.

If the ref allows Hatton to get out of hand and do a 'John Ruiz' on Pacman, this fight could get ugly. Hopefully the ref wont allow that to happen.

Would LOVE to see Hatton win. But Pacman's sharp, fast punches will cut him to shreds. I see Hatton losing on cuts, he will be able to retain some pride at not being knocked out but it will be clear to us guys on here that he would've been stopped anyway.

Of course, Hatton will throw more leather and hit harder than anyone Pac has ever faced (as DLH didn't throw/connect with enough Hatton will become the hardest hitter Pac has faced by default) but I just think pac will beat him to the punch.

if Kenny Bayless is the referee this could be a classic.
