The referee took away Hattons holding not Maywhether. But he let Hopkins do it vs Calzaghe.. but that's been done to death.

Hatton is simply using his advantages.. he doesn't have a big reach or height he has physical strength and body punches that he needs to get in close and tie people up to use.
