I've read that quote Jack. I was in all the rags a while back. Before the Harris or Koletnik fights, I think.

Stop trying to make out Hatton's some sort of hero because he's willing to fight PBF again for mega-$$$$$$$$$$.

He doesn't have to try for the win (he knows he can't), he can just clinch for 12 rds and lose by decision and still make mega-$$$$$.

Has your brain fallen out, or are you deliberately being dumb?

If the rematch happens in Manchester, Hatton gets Mickey Vann or Dave Parris in to officiate (allow) the hugfest, thereby removing the chance of another KO loss, and he gets lots of moulah for hugging PBF for 12 rounds.

Take it in, digest it, and stop being such a silly **** :deal

I guess you think he's brave because he wants to rematch PBF when he knows he can't beat him

I was genuinely 5/50 as to whether Hatton should face Witter. On one hand I could see that Hatton should make the fight. After all, they are two top class light welterweights from the same country, so it makes sense, surely? On the other hand, Witter has always been a dickhead to Hatton, so what better way to say "**** you" than not reward Witter with a life changign payday?

As a fan, I wanted the fight. If I was Hatton I would be a smug **** and laugh in his face.

Now, I don't want the fight to happen at all. **** anyone who plays the ****ing race card. Hope that **** gets twatted soon, which he will when he gets in the ring with a legit opponent. I hope the guy loses all his money, which he probably will, and finishes his life working in ASDA or whatever else the idiot can amount to post-boxing.

Yep, I'd like to see the fight but if I were Hatton I'd make Witter keep shopping at Netto.

"I’ve got a saying I use when a couple of my friends ask me how I’m doing. ‘I’m still black,’ I tell them. I could say, ‘I’m still Irish or I’m still Pakistani.’ Anyone who has been persecuted over the years for reasons that are unjust, that’s how I feel sometimes. "

No, I know he's got bottle because so far in his career he's fought the linear, undisputed champion at his weight. And then he fought the p4p #1 fighter in the world at welterweight. He's a professional boxer, so money tends to get paid for such things.

You are a **** you know that :rofl

You come on here looking to aggravate and irritate folk. Boxing fan? Please. Half the knowledge you gain is put into your mouth by other superior posters :yep

Your like the Ross Puritty of this forum. Your ****, you take alot of punishment but you just keep plodding along with the same one dimensional attacks. You lose debates anyway in the end up though and its always amusing watching that happen

He has a weird idea of which actions entail 'brave'. He stated that because Hopkins got in the ring with a still unproven RJJ in 1992 that this was a hugely brave action - they were both prospects vying for a vacant title it was simply logical. He just twists things to suit his own agenda.

Witter said they were looking for the next white hope after the last boxer they followed was asiain, who had all the charcteristics that people dont look like so Hatton had everything different an was easy to market, Witter never really said anything twattish if you ask me, Americans say the same about Pavlik.

I was actually comparing Calzaghe's career to Hopkins' in that comment. Anyone is brave compared to Joe.

No you were just saying it in general. You even asserted that Mitchell would be super brave to fight Khan...yet it isn't brave of Calzaghe to take on Kessler or Lacy

Your a big Cotto fan are you not Sleaze Nation?

No, it was Hopkins record, which I said wasn't great. Compared to Calzaghe's which is terrible.

    I like Cotto.
