most acknowledge that the DLH win isn't all that great and that oscar was extremely outgunned against a guy like hopkins at MW. obviously the tito win was big, but that was because tito looked destructive at MW following his stoppage of william joppy.

pacman has done zip at 135, never mind 140.

    a no mark?

if he's a no mark then hatton has no one worth giving two shits about on his resume apart from mayweather. get a grip.

probably. no different from any other big name boxer after a major win. there will always be somebody out there to turn their noses up at a victory.

just like everyone will scream about pac being too small if hatton gets in the ring with him and destroys him. i'm calling that one now.

Hopkins win over ODLH is still seen as much bigger than any of his wins at MW, despite the fact that ODLH started at lower weights.

It's the same for Hatton. A win over Pac would be bigger than any win at 140 currently, especially in a look back in a few years time.

Witter is a no mark. He can't get big fights, because he's a no mark. He gets paid peanuts, because he's a no mark. He fights on Froch undercards, because he's a no mark. He hangs on to Ricky's coat tails, because he's a no mark.

Nobody gives a **** about Tszyu and Castillo? You're an idiot.

I'm glad we agree that people will discredit the Witter win and I'm sure they will discredit a win over Pac too, Pac is the bigger win for Hatton though.

not about the shot, banged out versions, no. :good

wicky still needed a ref of reid-ottke proportions to get the job done against old zoo, despite having a massive stylistic advantage.

Was nothing like Reid - Ottke.

Hatton was the better fighter on the night. The ref barely had a say in it.

Pac's got one of the biggest fanbases in boxing who will all credit Hatton for the win, he's P4P#2 and as I've pointed out, look at the credit Hopkins gets for beating ODLH and Trinidad.

Once Hatton beats Witter, he'll get zero credit, because everybody will quite rightly say 'Witter wasn't that good anyway....'
