i can't believe how many people got swept up in this hype. it seems like those of us who kept their heads out of the clouds and looked ahead at this realistically as a ludicrous mismatch and waste of time are/were in the STARK minority. :verysad

of course when i say that now, people (like the poster directly above me actually :yep) have said things such as "you ****ing liar!!!" refusing to relent even when confronted with links to threads proving that I (and others) thought this fight was a pointless, worthless circus act long before it happened. :-( it's either ricky fans offended that i'm calling him such a predictably easy walk in the park for mayweather, and pussysore that their susceptibility to Hype Fever got exposed in humiliating fashion - OR - it's mayweather fans mad at me for discrediting his latest "big win" which was really no more than a light sparring session for him. i guess objectivity just doesn't earn you a lot of friends.
