Hatton, Witter, ducking, scenaroios

Like I said, Nowadays no one would say he was high risk. I bet 75% of the people cheering and betting on him in Dec are now saying he wasn't high risk. :roll: Boxing fans get amnesia quick, but I bet you haven't forgot about the money you lost betting on Ricky. I knew hatton didn't have a chance, but my overall point is that PBF gave him a shot after Hatton disrespected him. Why wont ricky give Witter a shot?

 

Since when is the #1 LWW against the #1 WW low risk? People seem to forget that Hatton walks around bigger than PBF. And yes there are a lot of Brits on the forums here, but Americans were betting on Hatton also. You don't just put money on somebody for shits and giggles.

 

Witter is getting old. Two years away is when Hatton wants the fight, when junior has slipped from his present place. Full house, PPV, and a late KO victory are Hatton's prospects. Floyd ends up retired with more talent but a smaller house.

Nuthugging because????? and do i support it? no in an ideal world, the best fight the best. But reality check! The majority of boxers are professionals and have businessmen guiding them, if a fight don't make sense then its very unlikely it will be made. Fights are not made because YOU want to see it. To make a top fight, both boxers need to bring something to the table! I think most fans would quite like to see this fight but i'll tell you one thing, if it was at the top of all boxing fans must see fights, this fight would be made already. Personally, I look forward to the Calzaghe Hopkins more than i would to Witter Hatton.

You have me mistaken with some other poster. I knew and stated several times that Floyd was going to make easy work of Hatton. Although I was pulling for him, I never bet a dime on Hatton. I think Hatton WILL give Witter a shot but he damn sure isn't going to let this **** talking Witter decide WHEN it will happen. Would you?

I didn't mean YOU, as in Troublelurks... But you as in plural.. Maybe should have said you guys... But any way, PBF gave Hatton his shot right out the blocks. The Castillo fight was june and he fought PBF in Dec. Witter has been calling Hatton out for apparently 7 years or so.... The question is not would Ricky let Witter choose when the fight will happen, its more along the lines of will ricky fight Witter while witter is in his prime or wait until he's old a la castillo.
