So far Ricky didnt want to hear about Witter as he had bigger fish to fry so we cant blaim him. Now that Ricky has tried the very best and failed this fight makes perfect sense. Witter is a titlist at 140 and Hatton needs to go back to 140, there is no big stars at 140 and Witter is a domestic rival. I think this fight will happen, so good news for British fans.

    He should fight Malignaggi.

Will be for a title, will interest the US public and it'd be pretty easy for Hatton.

I think this would be a good fight to make. I don't think that Hatton would be able to hang with any of the big names at 147 and Witter is probably the best fight to make at 140. It would be for UK bragging rights.

It would be be for world bragging rights at 140 really

Malignaggi is nice to watch, but thats about the limit of it, nice

I think Hatton is scheduled to fight De La Hoya in May regardless if he won or lost the fight.

Either Malignaggi at Madison Square Garden or Witter in the UK.

I think the Witter fight is long overdue.

I think Lennox Lewis is right. Hatton should retire as soon as possible otherwise he'll turn into embarrassment.

That would be a really stupid move and DLH would lose all credibility. Hatton himsefl said that he wasn't comfortable at 147 "even though Floy was not a big welter" just imagine against a guy as big as Oscar.

De La Hoya will definitely NOT fight Ricky Hatton now.

Hattons team would be crazy to let him fight above 140 again..even vs DLH and the payday it would bring.
