Not really Hatton isn't "naturally" 180lbs, he simply eats so much shite, so he's podgy to put it kindly If he ate what you'd expect a top class boxer to eat he'd be much closer to the junior welter limit
He only walks around at 180 because he gauges himself and is overweight. Thats not what his natural weight is and should be. His actual natural physique is more akin to 140. Theres a difference!
