Where does he go from here???
I'd pick hatton to stop Gavin Rees but then again (belt aside) hes not a credible opponent + how do you go from floyd Mayweather to fight a Gavin Rees lol

Malinaggi wins UD as I dont believe hatton can stop him.

Witter by far the best option out there but we all know the fact that witter holds the power to finish hatton with one punch casts a massive shadow over this match

Team Hatton will go for the Torres bout u watch! or de la hoya at wembley (which now holds about as much importance as the Balboa v hulk hogan charity fight in Rocky ?)

I would suggest he could go right back to his level of home adoration with a bout/win against Witter.

Witter makes the most sense for Hatton now from a rebuilding standpoint, but Witter could very well beat him.

It's true, having lost against the best fighter in the world at welterweight, its the end of the road for the no 1 light welterweight!:nut

I don't know, he had plenty of people putting him on a p4p list. I have a feeling he'll be fine. A tune up, then Witter is a good option.

The De La Hoya fight would be a joke, though. I hope that doesn't happen.

Witter makes the most sense. He's the number 2 in the division and it'd be massive domestically. I'd imagine that Witter is better thought of than ever in the states, too, after his win over Harris.

Not only that, but I think it's a fight that Hatton can look good in. Witter can bang but he's very open defensively with his switch hitting and low guard. He can also be incredibly lazy. If Hatton fights him like he did Mayweather then I think he'll win as he'll land more and eat less in return than he did against Floyd.

I still think he beats anybody at 140 as his pressure and strength will be too much for all but the elite fighters or those big enough to deal with his style. If the De La Hoya fight does somehow materialise, Hatton's in serious trouble.

stepping into the ring with Junior Witter could prove to be the end of the road

    Witter or Maliganaggi.
