Humanity is waiting for you to be enlightened about how running does not strengthen one's legs, mong.

It certainly helps you understand stress, and become use to it. Does it make the legs stronger no, but you will increase the chance of injury. :D

Upset? Dude, I thank you for the amusement you're giving me (and other readers) that there's actually someone out there who thinks running has no strengthening effect on the legs
By all means, please carry on :yep

Carry on embarrassing yourself, boxeo, you're a great laugh for the "other readers" of this dramatic show you're creating in your head.

Feel free to try again. I'm sure the "other readers" of yours are loving this! :good

virus getting good at avoiding punches is going to translate to the street saying boxing cant be used for self defense on the street is ridicoulous.

there have been numerous stories where dads take there sons to boxing clubs to help them not get bullied

having said that training mma is more close to street fighting than boxing.

Where did I say boxing cannot be used for self defense? Go and read my second post.

I said taking up boxing for self defense isn't the best idea. You're better off learning a martial art that is based on self defense, or as you suggested MMA, instead of taking up a SPORT like boxing.
