Hatton was the one stepping up in weight class, and considering this, Hatton did it very well.

Look mate to date you have not started one decent thread and appear to be a pure attention seeker. There are countless other threads covering the same topic, so post on them and stop trying to be the star of the forum.

no, no, I mean this one. Some people just enjoy the way Mayweather won without considering that Hatton was the one moving up in weight class, and I appreciate that from Hatton as he did it very well.

How many times has Mayweather moved up? Plus Hatton had fought at WW before.

Hatton looked like crap when he moved up the first time, is not good at 147. The ref would not allow him to fight his fight and was in favor of Mayweather. Ref took away a point from Hatton because he hit the ring rope with a punch! Peter hits opponents behind the head over and over again in every fight, yet no points taken away from him. The judges were Mayweather's judges and ref same. I would have liked to have seen a level playing field. Would like to have neutral judges and ref, have the fight in neutral territory or in England instead of in Mayweather's backyard.

Even Emanuel Steward said the ref was wrong in taking a point away from Hatton, he did not land a punch on Mayweather's back of head. Mayweather was using so bad tactics, yet nothing.

    Hatton doesn't belong at 147.

Yes, and fighting in Mayweather's backyard shows that Hatton is more than good, and it's true, he dont belong at 147lbs.

Yes, Mayweather has movep up several times, but you have to agree that Hatton dont belong at 147 and this shows that hes more than good. You have to understand that Mayweather had the weight advantage.

Makes me think if Hatton had beaten Mayweather would his next fight really have been in the UK, he claims this & that, doing it for the fans etc, etc, and yet his next fight is on sky box office. I like watching Hatton fight, but putting his come back fight on box office, i don't think so. Oh and i had a pizza and garlic bread.

Accusing Joe Cortez is purely sour grapes. Hatton was and is incapable of beating PBF. If they fought a 1000 times PBF will school Hatton even in Manchester. Hatton has always been a fairly dirty fighter however PBF is a complete fighter and showed him a few tricks as well in this department. It is quite funny to hear Hatton complaining of the rough stuff.

Hatton has always been a brawler, roughing up opponents is part of his game plan, the hit & hold tactics worked until the Mayweather fight, he was basically beaten in every department by a better fighter. Look at the Stephen Smith fight Hatton split the guys eye open with an elbow, if Hatton is going to complain it shouldn't be about rough house tactics.
