Hatton's mum was ridiculous on this last 24/7

Who cares there mother's don't do the fighting last time I looked.

 

To be honest I don't see the point because it has nothing to do with the fight its self but I will give my opinion anyway.

Ray Hatton did a very good job in shutting up his wife before she said anything stupid, lets just leave it at that.

I saw a funny article about how Rickys mum work a normal job and doesnt take money from her son, but her husband who she shares a joint account with is Hattons manager so i wonder if he gets paid the normal going rate or not!

 

Yep like said earlier. Floyd has gotten under Fattons skin. He's not used to trash talking, Brits are used to being clever and "taking the ****" they arent used to that brash black American way of trash talking. I thinks its gotten to Fattons camp and family.

To be fair, if Ray hadnt cut her off, she would have said something along the lines of ' i hope he kills him in that ring', at least thats what she was leading on to judging from her initial thoughts on him. Maybe the emotions have got to her more than anyone else, and it is understandable owing to the fact that the hattons have not really had this kind of publicity and coverage before. I just think the vegas lights hasblinded her rationale a little.

 

I think that it's good that the fight is coming soon cause they have nothing much else to say to each other so that the parents are adding stuff like shoving crowns down throats. Mayweather also said that 24/7 is all about his family dysfunctionalities and that pretty much sums up that it has nothing to do with the fight... Then you have those fast camera zooms on the trainers, fighters and relatives synchronised with the soundtrack - it's entertaining but not really relevant. I do like to highlight that Hatton making so much use of the F word and Mayweather mocking Hatton's training and calling him a midget should have not been exactly planned...

she's hatton's mum and being his mum is very likely to be protective of him, after some of the **** floyd has talked about him it's no suprise that she wants to see her boy give him a good beating.

 

Brash black American has nothing to do with being a thug. Floyd never portrays himself like a thug, ala Zab Judah. He portrays a flashy arrogant personality, it is fake, nothing like his real personality, but that has really irritated Fatton and his fans. More then any other fighter I've seen.

Floyd may have had a decent home to sleep in, but I would hardly call a drug dealing father who got shot while holding him and a drug addicted mother and aunt who died from an overdose an idealic middle class upbringing.
