maybe training fighters in the gym he just wants to get in better shape rather than being a fat blob ? doesn't mean he's making a comeback lol

:deal this. Or maybe his bird told him to lose the weight.

Of course the better shape he gets in the more likely he is to wanna make a comeback.

Wow- this shows the unexpected benefit of adding VAT to Gregg's pasties. The man is looking ripped compared to his usual tubbsy resting weight self

I hope he doesnt make comeback though, just not worth doing. What would he have to achieve in the eye's of fans to make it worthwhile? It would really have to be a world title minimum, which will be a stretch for him

No Guinness and no gear = drop pounds.

Muscle mass is a negative so no PEDS.

I agree. I have long thought, looking back that he was on PEDs.

PEDs include weight strippers. I thought he was on stuff tbh, but over 95% are probably.

All active pro boxers are on PEDS (AAS, HGH, Insulin, peptides, prohomones, cutting agents (T3, clenbuterol), diuretics etc). Don't fool yourself otherwise.

    Hatton was never on PEDS....

During training camp, his diet basically consisted of supplements. During the height of his CNP days, Hatton basically made that whole brand! And took it to the heights and notoriety it has today.

I can remember a clip where Hatton was talking about all his supplements, Fat Burners, and Protien supplements. Depending on the time of day, he would take Whey Protien which is fast digesting, then you have the casein protien before bed.......

And he also had a pro recover drink in there which is a blend of both proteins and Carbohydrates...

He took a CNP Multivitamin aswell.

This kind of lifestyle during training camp enabled him to drop weight quick, but it was bad for his metabolic rate. Hatton never used to put that much weight on inbetween fights before his CNP days......

When you're body is not taking in solid food, which it metabolises more...? This just ****s up you're whole metabolic rate.

So when you do, start taking in solid food again. You're body can actually switch to storing more fat, because it actually thinks it has been starving.

Thats why it is important to have a consistent diet, and don't be some of these people who jump from extreme diet to extreme diet.
