This is not slagging the guy i am just curious. how does he put on so much weight so quickly? he weights in at 140 with total definition, fights at 152 ish still defined. a day later he has lost his stomach defination and looks more like a normal lad than prize fighter. in those pool pics he must be 165 at least. on a binge weekend of eating and drinking whatever i chose i may put on 5 lbs and a 1% of body fat! how does he do it?? am i just an eating and drinking amature!!
I didn't realise a fast metabolism meant you put weight on quicker too or is that a joke? Even so, I also seem to suffer from "Ricky Hatton syndrome" me and my brother call it as I baloon up and get back into condition quickly, although not as bad as Hatton. Glad I have maintained my condition all year after putting on a stone when injured for 2 months in December and January.
