So it's OK for Manny to extol the benefits of salt water and not TBE? Hypocrites!

Manny was talking about utilizing natural healing techniques, along with traditional methods such as swimming. This is not unnatural in many Asian countries, at all. Manny was the one who sued Mayweather to release his testing results going back and Manny would release his. Weather paid him to drop the case.

    Damning article.

Boxing needs a national commission soon. This unregulated nonsense is making a farce of the sport.

I'm sorry but you go on about haters etc but your comments are that of a fanboy no ?

I'm neither a hater or a fanboy, I am a boxing fan and I find it funny how so many posters on here are more obsessed with hating or loving one or two specific fighters than the sport as whole, so my view of this is pretty logical

Cheating in regards to drug / substance rules in boxing is rife since anyone can remember, right ?

It doesn't get enough coverage ? Right ?

All the major stakeholders....fighters, promoters, commissions, would like to keep it that way ? Right ?

So if you are a journalist, you won't make much impact writing about every single misdemeanour or suspicion ( a few have tried and had little success it getting big attention )

So the logical thing to do if you want this issue to get maximum attention, is to write about the BIGGEST name around the time of his BIGGEST fight.......that is not hating that is common sense

If a minnow gets caught out the world still spins

Anyone who think Floyd is above suspicion in all this is a fool just like anyone who thinks PAC should have always been above suspicion is a fool too

And the questions raised by hauser are reasonable questions to ask, if you think they are not then you are is impartial as a 'hater'

Speculation is what led to Armstrong being investigated and caught in the biggest doping scandal of any sport.

Tell me, what do you care more about, the sport of boxing or Floyd Mayweather?

I sit firmly on the fence as to whether or not he's a dope cheap, but lets look at the key points.

    1) Average black male athlete level of TE, 3.0 / Allowed limit of TE 4.0 / Mayweathers had a TE level of 0.69 and 0.80, which is pretty low, correct?
    2) No CIR test administered by USADA due to costs (it's $400 per test)
    3) VADA charge what, $16'000 for testing? Mayweather vs Pacquiao cost $150'000 but no CIR test due to costs - see point 2
    4) USADA charged Quillin/Lee $36'000 for testing over a longer period
    5) blood doping effective once it's stopped being taken - not sure on this as I don't know enough about it and this is from Conte, but this doesn't appear to be in any dispute, so will assume it's correct until otherwise challenged by another drug expert
    6) saline IV known uses are to dilute and mask blood doping
    7) shorter testing periods for fights where an athlete could potentially be cycling off whatever drug
    8) TUE retroactively given by USADA 3 weeks AFTER the fight
    9) USADA no authority to hand out a TUE for 750mg IV
    10) over 50mg of IV needs medical approval - none provided
    11) various clauses over what medical information is provided to NSAC and the lack of details basically amounting to a summary, not an actual medical report

That's forgetting the unknown lawsuit details regarding the 'alleged' 3 positive test results that team Pacquiao were paid to not have access to. The reason that's not included above is because a reasonable benefit of doubt needs to be applied, as we don't know and never will know the details of what went on.

There's a severe lack of transparency about it all and my issue with all of this is athletes paying a drug agency sums of money for testing with no consistency over costing.

The bottom line is that there's more than enough shady goings on to warrant a full external and impartial investigation. I realise that this may feel very personal to you, that people are trying to tear down your idol, but any rational thinking adult would take it for what it is. Shady.

Thomas ''The Mack Daddy'' Hauser pimp slapping Floyd and USADA like a pair of two-bit hos.

USADA are as corrupt as sin and clearly in Floyd and in Al Haymon's pockets and it couldn't be anymore obvious Floyd has been suping himself up on PEDs for a long time and the phony crusade to ''clean up the sport'' he created was just a pretext to avoid facing Pacquiao while he was still in his prime.

They amount of red flags surrounding Floyd being on PEDS and USADA being corrupt as hell is beyond hilarious. How can anyone be so dense to be unable to assemble all the pieces of this jigsaw? A blind toddler could do it in 30 seconds flat.

Floyd refused to do VADA when Manny called for them to do instead Mr. ''Clean Up The Sport'' insisted they use the agency which has allegedly covered up three failed results of his in the past, is less effective whilst at the same time being far more expensive than VADA and has now been proven to be in his pocket. :think

Refusing to use the more effective yet cheaper VADA and insisting on using the agency who are in your pocket and have supposedly covered up three of your positive test results in the past. :patsch :rofl

Why couldn't Floyd and Manny do both USADA and VADA? Was it too expensive for ''Money''? It was the biggest fight of all time so surely Mr. Clean Up The Sport would want to set the right example and prove he's a clean athlete fight never mind for a fight of that magnitude?

Why refuse to do VADA and insist on using an agency who many people suspect are in his pockets and cannot be trusted and have only popped one boxer for PEDs in 5 years? And the circumstances surrounding that instance of them doing so were highly shady too.

''USADA is ten times or more expensive than VADA. VADA is another testing agency that catches fighters cheating and cancels fights. USADA never does. So either USADA is totally incompetent or they're corrupt. Like what other conclusion? If you can draw another conclusion tell me. It just so happens everyone they're testing is clean?

''The obvious inference to make is one organization never catches anyone (in boxing) and they're ten times more expensive than another organization that actually catches people, then the only reason to use the more expensive organization that doesn't catch anyone is because you wanna purchase a good result.''

    --Max Kellerman

'Drug testing, if it is to inspire confidence, should be largely transparent. Much of USADA’s operation insofar as boxing is concerned is shrouded in secrecy. Sometimes there’s an announcement when USADA oversees drug testing for a fight. Other times, there is not. The organization has resisted filing its boxer drug-testing contracts with governing state athletic commissions. On several occasions, New York and Nevada have forced the issue. Compliance has often been slow in coming.

When asked to identify the boxing matches for which a USADA drug-testing contract was filed with either the New York or Nevada State Athletic Commissions, Travis Tygart declined through a spokesperson (USADA senior communications manager Annie Skinner) to answer the question.

    ---Thomas Hauser

USADA’s fee structure (which USADA has endeavored to shield from public view) has also raised eyebrows.'

Floyd hasn't ever fought outside his home country or had a referee who wasn't American working his fights either. So much easier to rig the deck and manipulate things in your favour, by hook or by crook, if you always have home advantage, home refs and only use an American drug testing agency, especially one that is so obviously in your pocket. Floyd brings in serious coin into Vegas but you don't think there are numerous people in high places who are on his unofficial payroll too. Get the hell outta here. :rofl

How many TMT fighters or who train or have trained in Floyd's gym have been popped for PEDs now? These are the ones I know of. Any more?

    Mickey Bey
    J'Leon Love
    Luis Arias
    Jarrell Miller

Why did he have abnormally low T/E (testosterone) ratios prior to the Robert Guerrero and Victor Ortiz fights too?

Why would he need an IV to rehydrate when he's only a ''small welter who walks around at about 150lbs'' and was only 150.5lbs for the 3--day weigh in?

Why would someone who was overly concerned about his and other fighter's health and safety allow this kind of brutal savagery to take place in their own gym?

    [YT]5vIKupqLPtQ[/YT]

And why would someone in his position as the self-appointed ambassador for cleaning up the sport have any association with proven drug cheats, let alone have them as part of his stable and train alongside them? :patsch

Why would the self-appointed ambassador for cleaning up the sport not know what TRT is? Especially considering his longtime close friend, someone they used to affectionately refer to as their ''white daddy'' was the owner of a multimillion dollar hormone replacement company and 24 TRT clinics? :rofl

And why would the self-appointed ambassador for cleaning up the sport enlist the services of the person he spent ages accusing of being Manny's PED supplier?

Why would someone who claims they want to clean up the sport and who has allegedly failed three drug tests have any association at all with scumbag PED pushers like Memo Heredia, let alone have them in your gym and have them training numerous members of your promotional stable?

    [YT]2uelGnU6tU4[/YT]

    [YT]hnYJFEKZJlo[/YT]

These are the last things someone in his position should be doing.

This was Golovkin's trainer Abel Sanchez's reaction when he found out Memo visited his gym.

'Light heavyweight contender Jean Pascal is also preparing in Big Bear, CA but not at The Summit. Instead, he is training at Shane Mosley’s nearby gym with his team which includes controversial conditioning coach Angel “Memo” Heredia. When I asked Sanchez if Golovkin and Pascal had sparred together, it was my turn to be surprised.

“No, no, never. Back in November, I talked to [Pascal’s trainer] Mark Ramsey and I talked to some of [Pascal’s] people. Pascal came up to my gym and looked at my gym and decided he wanted to train at my gym. He rented a house and he was going to be up the last week in December. But right after I talked to Pascal and we came to an agreement on terms, I found out that he was working with ’Memo’ Heredia. And I really don’t want that in my gym, so I asked him to back out. I told [Ramsey] that I was going to back out on our agreement because I really didn’t want to be involved with somebody that was working with Heredia.”

Heredia is a former P.E.D. dealer-turned-government witness whom, in recent years, has reinvented himself as a conditioning coach in boxing, working with Juan Manuel Marquez, Jhonny Gonzalez, Jorge Arce and Pascal among others.'

That's exactly what Floyd should've done given his position and the controversy surrounding him regarding those 3 failed tests and him refusing to provide the documentation to clear his name when Pacquiao's legal team served a subpoena to do so. He dropped all his PED allegations against Pacquiao after that and paid him a hefty sum in an out of court settlement too.

Floyd and his family members went from saying stuff like this:

'But some members of Team Mayweather haven’t been content to simply disseminate a positive message with regard to Floyd’s conduct. They’ve chosen instead to brand Pacquiao (Mayweather’s chief rival) as a PED user.

Floyd Mayweather Sr. declared, “[Pacquiao] can’t beat Clottey without that sh*t in him. He couldn’t beat De la Hoya without that sh*t. He couldn’t beat Ricky Hatton without that sh*t. And he couldn’t beat Cotto without that sh*t. I don’t even think he could beat that kid from Chicago [David Diaz] without that sh*t. He wouldn’t be able to beat any of those guys without enhancement drugs.”

Not to be outdone, Roger Mayweather proclaimed, “This mother**ker don’t want to take the test. That’s why the fight [Mayweather vs. Pacquiao] didn’t happen. He got that sh*t in him. That’s why he didn’t want to take the test.”

References to Pacquiao’s alleged PED use by the other defendants in the defamation action were more subtle. But their message was similar.

And then when called to produce the documentation pertaining to his alleged failed tests, Floyd retracts all his accusations, pays Manny a hefty out of court settlement and issues this grovelling apology which completely contradicted everything he and his people had been saying repeatedly for ages.

“Floyd Mayweather Jr., Floyd Mayweather Sr., Roger Mayweather and Mayweather Promotions wish to make it clear that they never intended to claim that Manny Pacquiao has used or is using any performance-enhancing drugs nor are they aware of any evidence that Manny Pacquiao has used performance-enhancing drugs. Manny Pacquiao is a great champion and no one should construe any of our prior remarks as claiming that Manny Pacquiao has used performance-enhancing drugs.”

Like I said there are so many red flags surrounding Floyd and illegal PED usage. In know I'm forgetting some too. And it's not like Floyd isn't a compulsive liar or above cheating or trying to rig the deck heavily in his favour. He's been doing both for ages. He's proven he can't be trusted time and time again.

''Nothing random about knowing/controlling the window of testing twice a year.''

    --Gabe Montoya

Some more interesting details that raise red flags about Floyd.

This isn't rocket science, kids. Join the freaking dots. Floyd is CLEARLY as guilty as sin and deep down every single one of his cheerleaders know it too.

And what about this seriously shady goings on from Hayman/USADA too regarding testing?

'In August of this year, Rodriguez signed with manager Al Haymon. At least three of Haymon’s fghters (Andre Berto, Antonio Tarver, and J’Leon Love) have tested positive for PEDs in the past.

Another Haymon fighter (Peter Quillin) was enrolled in a USADA testing program prior to his June 2, 2012, fight against Winky Wright. Then, after blood and urine samples were taken from both fighters, Wright was told that the testing had been abandoned and the samples were destroyed.

“The destruction of samples isn’t supposed to happen,” Ryan Connolly states. “If that happened in an Olympic context, it would set off alarms in a lot of places. There would likely be a thorough investigation by the International Olympic Committee and WADA.”

Victor Conte adds, “The trend in drug-testing now is to save samples longer than before, not pour them down the drain.”

Haymon also represents Adrien Broner aka. the fighter who idolizes Floyd like a god and mimics everything he does.

Broner, Antonio DeMarco, Golden Boy (Broner’s promoter), and the United States Anti-Doping Agency signed a contract for USADA testing prior to the November 17, 2012, Broner-DeMarco fight. But according to DeMarco, he wasn’t tested by USADA for that bout, nor was Broner.

Then, on June 22, 2013, Broner fought Paulie Malignaggi.

“I wanted VADA testing,” Malignaggi recalls. “And I was told, ‘No, we won’t do VADA. If you insist on VADA, there won’t be a fight.’ Finally, I said, ‘F— it. I’m getting seven figures. I’ll go ahead and fight.’ Would I have been more confident that Broner was clean if there had been VADA testing? Absolutely.'

How many times has your boy Floyd done VADA, Paulie? Strange how you value VADA so highly but have nothing to say about Floyd never doing it and point blank refusing to do so when Pacquiao called for them both to do it for their fight. Pacquiao has actually done both USADA and VADA testing, Floyd only USADA. :thin

Remember when USADA tested Lucas Matthysse seven times in a single week during the lead up to the Garcia fight too? Seven freaking times in a week!! Get the hell outta here if you don't think that's as dodgy as hell too. :patsch

Here's Angel Garcia talking about how Floyd should drain Golovkin down to 154 and get USADA to test him to make him as week as possible should they ever fight each other. Is he implying that Floyd should use USADA to help weaken Golovkin via excessive testing?

Flo-Emos say but Floyd has been cleared by USADA.

''My husband was with me all night officer so there's no way he could've committed the crime'' :patsch :rofl

''USADA are a very reputable organization no way they could be corrupt''

Funny how the US Anti-Doping Olympic Committee was though

''Dr. Wade Exum was director of Anti-doping at the US Olympic Committee for 10 years''

''He thought his job was to stop drugs in sports but his bosses had other priorities''

''He [Dr. Exum] told me that over 2000 American athletes failed their drug tests, including Carl Lewis, and they were covered up''

''We have boxes of proof for everything I say''

How in god's name can anyone read all that and the stuff in Hauser's article and come to any other conclusion that at the very least it's extremely shady indeed? Nobody in their right mind could. It's like trying to deny that the universe is immense. But Flo-Emos aka the same group of cretins who waged the mother of all holy wars against Pacquiao for being a PED cheat despite him having never failed a drug test in his life and there not being a single shred of proof, are now putting their fingers in their ears and covering up their eyes and demanding proof of their god's guilt. It's just malicious gossip to them. You really can't make this up. :patsch

Most of these creeps who've been waging this holy war against Pacquiao and devoted so much of their time to trying to discredit him and his achievements for being a ''PED cheat'' openly gulped down the man juice of convicted PED cheats like Roy, Toney, Shane etc. never mind mentioning the fact they are PED cheats and trying to discredit them and their achievements for being so. The only time we ever hear a peep about them about their cheating is in threads where said cheats are being compared to Floyd.

If there was nothing but speculation then why doesn't USADA take him to court for slander? USADA and its lawyers took 8 days to reply and released 30 pages of nothing, did not address the issues brought up, just repeated the same things over and over. USADA is corrupt and will go down soon enough. You fl0m0s are a pathetic bunch.
