    Besides Fenech and Nelson?

They were both already inducted into the HOF. Any other cases where two guys already in the HOF faced off?

They weren't inducted at the time they fought each other

They're not fighting again (at least I hope not).

It's pretty rare that fighters who get enshrined in Canastota make a comeback and then fight again, so I don't think there's any cases between 2 already inducted other than Nelson and Fenech.

I'll try to go thru the list of fighters who were inducted into the IBHOF and then came back and then again.

    Jeff Fenech
    Azumah Nelson
    Alexis Arguello
Sugar Ray Leonard fought in March 1997, and was inducted that year (ceremonies are usually in June). I guess they voted yes on him and then he announced his fight, and they don't want to go back and take it away even though he was active.

Roberto Duran fought in July of 2007, just one month after he was inducted. It's funny the things you find yourself looking up, lol.

Never heard about this. Everything I've read said he retired in 2001, after the car accident.

Foreman wasn't in the IBHOF anyway at that time. The initial year for the IBHOF was 1990 and Foreman was active then.

Can't think of any other cases than Nelson-Fenech.
