yea, i agree, he is missing that mean streak. Maybe a training camp with Mike Tyson or Bernard Hopkins
should beat salita up next. hopefully he takes on maidana next year on american tv. :bbb This content is protected :scaredas:
that left hook never looks like it should have quite that effect. Yet the right hand looks **** it should have had more of an outcome on the knockout....always seemed odd to me how that played out
Prior to his last couple of fights that was his main problem, (when you take in to consideration his terrible punch resistance); his willingness to trade, especially when hurt. Hopefully he's recognised his flaws, (prior to the Prescott fight he seemed to be ever so slightly in denial about his inability to take a shot), and continues in his new 'boring', methodical approach. As regards the comparison to Terry Norris, Khan's power doesn't match up; the majority of his stoppage wins have come via referee intervention.
Prescott loading up and throwing an overhand right as Khan was practically already on the canvas. WTF is he thinking? :-(
That last looping right hand when Khan was already on the floor, looked as if Prescott wanted to drill him through the bloody ring. Boy have the tables turned since that night. Khan goes on to become a world champion, whilst Prescott suffers his own first loss and finds himself on the undercard of Khan's first title defence. Which begs the question, I wonder if any painful memories will be invoked? Knowing that the man who broke you in to pieces, will be in that very same ring moments before you go on.
I think its a smart move on warrens part, the start of a build up for a rematch i think is on the card
