    Definitely. He's the poster-boy for concussion-induced personality changes and a sudden inability to live within the laws.

    Tells you pretty much everything, it's a really important discovery. The NFL tried to discredit him to protect their brand, but of course it was nonsense. Boxing would probably try the same kind of strategy as the NFL if it was more organized.

    Yes. Testing begins with interview and physical evaluation.
    The problem is that they really aren't looking for issues or to protect the fighter. Shockingly, it's about the money. If you haven't yet, watch Muhammad and Larry, the documentary. It will turn your stomach that they allowed Ali to fight.
