Have I been heard to say I am up for DLH PAC?

Not anymore, after soundly looking at DLHs career I think its safe to say that this fight shouldnt happen and if so should do nothing for the legacy of Oscar De La Hoya.

Logic tells you this, but I can explain why I am thinking so as well, in DLHs career he has almost always looked good against smaller men, Never once has he been able to step up to a man of equal size that wasnt damaged goods and pull off a solid clear win, all attempts have failed, you can argue that he lost to Quartey and Sturm as well which Quartey might actually be the biggest win on DLHs resume, he wasnt shot when they fought each other Ike was undefeated, But I think some home town cooking played a factor in that outcome.

Looking back that the DLH PBF fight, though close you have to wonder why Oscar really took that fight, was it money or legacy? I think even DLH knew PBF was the smaller man and really I think it was a saftey first kind of fight for DLH which would bring him the most money, Something I myself and many others have knocked Floyd for doing.

Now look at what we may get, DLH Pac, and its obvious Oscar should win, even though I feel that Oscar is a bit past it and if Manny is right he could do it, but lets be ****ing real, DLH has only looked dominant against these smaller guys, and if he plans on leaving the sport with a bang this isnt the way to go, maybe for the first 30 mins after he beats Pacquiao will everybody be amazed but once that beer wears off, once reality sets in, we will again figure out that we have been played By the man himself.

if DLH wants his career to go out with a bang, he has bigger and better options on the table, Margarito, Williams, or he could call out Ike for a Rematch which I think is more respectable than fighting Pac or Mora.
or he could fight Mosley again, but I think in that fight it will be boring and really will do nothing for neither man at this stage. Bottom line DLH is trying to play the fans on the way out, and it shouldnt be, so if the Pac DLH fight does happen, I am not ordering it I will download it later, but in no way will I help this man make another career high payday fighting a man who he should easily be able to beat. :nono
