Oh my gosh the years of emo Santa Cruz on Mayweather undercards vs no hopers are thankfully over

I've seen nearly every single santa Cruz fight & I can't remember him getting KD.
I'd pay to see him vs some real punchers though. That was sad when he said he needed several millionto fight Rigo.

Hea never faced an actual puncher.
    ****.
His resume is so thin. Every quality win is stuffed between a ton of easy fights.

Two absolutely wasted careers and both are getting overpaid as hell.

Russell ducked top opposition til Loma. He was offered guys like Ponce De Leon and he turned them down. Russell talked mad **** as well.
The he demolished Gonzales in a stunning performance. But hasnt done **** since.

Emo Cruz came put of the gate with a bang! Won a belt and defended it 3 times the same year. 5 fights total that year.
That was 7 years ago. Since then he has fough faded Mijares, Terrazas and twice both Mares and Frampton.
Wtf? 4 meaningful names in nearly 7 years?
    GTFO.

& Man I know his job was not easy by any measure they say boxing is the hardest sport. However Leo had to have one of the "easiest" paths to Millions in the sport imo.

Same with Russell. Dude has done **** all, but if you google his purses, you will be left stunned.
At least Leo fought some guys with name value.
But he also got like 700k for some mismatch on a Mayweather card.

LSC was badly rocked by Frampton.

LSC is a big disappointment. How can a fighter so talented be inactive and opt to fight subpar competition. Its almost a disgrace.

Pantycruz avoided that when he avoided Rigondeaux.

I don't really wonder about LSC, that guy just doesn't want to take risk and sells himself too high. Russell Jr., on the other hand, is definitely a mystery case for me. The guy is a legit talent. But one fight per year ? I don't get why he throws his career like that. I wonder who is planning his fight, his future.

He's fought Frampton and Mares. Tf? Not many boxers have fought and beat a Frampton and Mares caliber opponent.

Mares best days were at 118. He's undersized and not great at 126.

This. I used to see Santa Cruz at my gym years ago and thought he was going to be a big star, but I was dead wrong. Santa Cruz and Russell Jr. are definitely wasting their talent by barely fighting. Both should be way more active, since the clock is ticking on both.
