Just look at Lights Out vs Ruiz. Hell yes they dramatically improve fighters or any other god damned athlete. Why else would all of them use it and risk getting caught? What kind of ****ing stupid question is this anyways?

Androgel is synthetic testosterone....the actual hormone. Androstenodione is a testosterone precursor...meaning it converts to test once synthesized in the body. It can indeed raise serum test to a small degree....problem is that that amount of test conversion is not enough to push TE ratio above 4 to 1 let alone 6 to 1. And it also has the nasty side effect of converting to estro at a higher degree than test, thus making it worthless for performance enhancement and causing things like excessive water retention and possible gyno in users taking big doses. Point is in the Jones case...who I am a massive fan.....it is so ridiculously unlikely that this was the culprit ....much like mark mcgwire....who was using the andro story ti cover his real use. Legal in the time period so a logical cover. Having used andro and also most anabolics around for sports and later bodybuilding....there is zero comparison. Yes it is listed...but so are other compounds with virtually no ped effects and just inconvenient or at times dangerous side effects. I'll never buy into th andro story only because it is ineffective where others blow it away....and to have failed TE ratio the dosing would need to be outrageous, to the point where my man jr likely would've been sporting a set of tits and had a hell of a time shedding all that edema to make weight

jacob hall never talked about TE ratios. he just said jones was "5 or 6 times over an acceptable level" and richard hall was "10 times over an acceptable level." what's the acceptable level in this case? none of us know. indiana didn't and still doesn't have drug testing.

You have to be taking like 2 grams of PED's per week to be 10X the accepted ratio. 200-300 mgs/week will keep most people within legal limits.

True. Typical performance enhancement dosage will generally be 500 mg/ wk in the low end and 1-2g/ wk on the high end for athletes. Whether its TE ratio or CIR testing. ....a trt dose of test designed to keep within physiological norms, or taking andro or some of the other relatively ineffective prohormones (some like m1t will though) are not going to cause alarming ratio results or sky high levels. Most of that early generation precursor stuff was total bunk. If something works and becomes illegal it would still be readily available on the black market.....like real anabolics and androgens and even some prohormones.
