    canelo rarely wanted to engage. so he had surprise and speed on his side to begin combos. sometimes it was amusing to watch, triple g be like "holy crap, he just hit me, i'm gonna kill him". triple g doesn't really hide when he's about to throw down. you pretty much know when it's coming and can prepare. only question is where.

    so, triple g MADE the fight, which is a far more difficult task than running around and peek-a-boo pot-shotting. canelo feared that man. he wanted to win the fight by fighting as little as possible to save gas, and his head.
