The Irish will pack the house out to see a bit of sport. Remember when Wimbledon FC wanted to move to the Republic ?

You can't help but notice it.

The youtube video from a couple of months ago with McGuigan and Bunce tearing into Audley Harrison is great TV.

yeh I have noticed it to.

I think the fact warren forced Guzman vs Arthur to cancel aswell was a big deal.

If Warren goes to PPV it will be the end of him, all his fighters need tv audiences. I know its 2008 but people still wont watch stuff in the web.

I think there has to be TV. Can't see him taking his fights to Internet PPV only. Setanta are supposed to have exclusive access to Sports Network fights. Broadcaster not promoter calling the shots. Isn't Warren thinking of doing something outside the SN banner, or something, as a "way out" technicality?

Warren actually has a business called the Queensbury Fight Network, but I thought this was to show older fights.

Obviously, Setanta bringing in fighters like Haye has upset Warren recently.

Internet is for obscure Don King cards.

If that's the case then FW won't be making much dosh IMO. I honestly can't imagine fight fans wanting to stump up yet more money to watch his bills on a PPV channel. Surely even Channel 5 is a better option - keeps it mainstream in a terrestrial kinda way and isn't boxing easy airtime for TV companies (fewer cameras, easy links, no weather problems etc)?

Anyone think guys like Khan, Kell Brook, etc, will be happy to have no TV exposure?

    No way.
