Have these light heavyweights ever had a fight in another division?

Conteh actually started out as a heavyweight but dropped down to light heavyweight after the Terry Daniels fight on the advice of Muhammad Ali, who felt he was too small. Also, as has been mentioned, Pastrano not only had quite a few at heavy, but he was also world rated.

Strange alot of people on here don't rate him highly as a light heavyweight.

Torres could have been 1 of the great middleweights which he was most of his career but his psycho paranoid manager Cus the freak destryed his career.

Jose Torres spent most of his career at middleweight.
Pastrano started out as a featherweight in 1951, jumped up to welterweight in 1952, then to middleweight in 1953, then to light heavyweight and heavyweight in 1955. He stayed there through 1959 when he segued back to light heavyweight where he stayed until the end of his career in 1965.

Quite possibly. Being a Cus D'Amato fighter was a double edged sword.

Can't resist this. Does this advice apply to politics, too?

Conteh-fought Bill Drover who was a heavyweight
Charles Williams-fought Reggie Gross who was a heavyweight
Pastrano actually fought several heavyweights: Willie Troy, Rex Layne, Pat McMurtry, John Holman, Dick Richardson, Willie Besmanoff, Joe Bygraves, Alonzo Johnson, and Tom McNeeley. He actually had a lot of success in heavyweight fights, but was wise enough not to tackle the really big names.
