...ever fought each other abroad for a world title??

Off the top of my head I can only think of Lewis-Akinwande.

    Any more?

    Akinwande-Welch
Akinwande was defending the WBO title, in Memphis if I remember correctly, same bill as Trinidad-Lueshing.

Lewis-Bruno, Cardiff. Ok, technically Cardiff isn't "abroad", but it is outside of civilization.
