Just seen an article that I can't quote here that shows him being the every bit the snake Arum is accused of being. Threatened to put Sampson Lewkowicz out of business for not pulling Martinez from the Chavez fight and Sho took away one of his spots. Just in case anyone thought the war with TR & Sho was all TR's doing.... :rofl
Won't matter. Arum and Top rank are the ONLY evil entities in boxing according the general consensus of boxing fanboys of ESB.
Didn't TR go through HBO sponsored negotiations only to have Floyd claim he wasn't in negotiations and GBP wasn't speaking for him? atsch Read the article and try and post something relevant.
I read the article. It's just another he said he said piece. Sampson gives his own personal account of Schaefer that casts Schaefer in a bad light. Schaefer responds with is own account of Sampson that puts Sampson in a bad light. Both guys are contradicting each other. The truth lies somewhere in the middle.
This isn't surprising though. Schaefer has had other interviews where he was bombastic and showed Arum was under his skin. I think we will start seeing more of what Schaefer is like in the future.
Again, off topic to the thread. You wanna start a Pac/May thread please do so and keep that **** out of this one.
schaefer even offered to sit down and work out fair splits using a neutral org. no dice for bitter bob though.
Again, we have two guys making contradicting statements about each other with nothing to backup what they're saying except their word. There's no objective way to determine who's providing more of the truth. Of course, there are plenty of subjective ways to do the same thing; determine who's providing more of the truth that is.
We do know Bob Arum has a track record of talking absolute horse**** so GBP should get the benefit of the doubt in any debate :deal
Yeah, but Schaefer is going at it with Sampson, not Top Rank. None of these guys are the devil.,They're regular men with differing goals and agendas. They all need to get on the same page if they really want to be as successful as they can be.
