That's not throwing the fight, that's called quitting.

No, I meant emmanuel is moar likely to get rocked or knocked down by Floyd because of pac's recklessness and awkward balance than vice versa.

No. I picked Clottey to win. I thought Clottey beat Cotto. I said it was a joke of a fight in that it didn't move Pac's career forward, but I thought Clottey was a game/skilled opponent and would win. I also felt Cotto showed signs of "being shot" in the Clottey fight.

"Superior" doesn't get your face busted up worse than a guy who won 0 rounds. With that one dimensional assault I don't think Clottey was in serious danger.

    I completely agree.

I meant in the sense that everyone is talking about Pac's world beater ATG power even at WW. Clottey who has one of the most legit chins at WW was "afraid" of. He better show us something!

I actually witnessed the chase and arrest of Etienne when I was working in Baton Rouge on Florida Blvd. He had short blonde dreadlocks and looked skinny, I had no idea it was him when the cops were on him pounding his ass ( He pointed a loaded gun at them and pulled the trigger but his cheap 9mm kept jamming so he deserved his cop beatdown, no Rodney King there) I only found out on the radio a few minutes later it was him. He looked like a crackhead and it turned out he was. He was robbing a check cashing joint in broad daylight with State Road Work going on RIGHT THERE. I always beleived he hung out his chin and laid down for Mike. HE BEAT LAMON BREWSTER IN A 10 ROUND FIREFIGHT!!! But couldn't take a tap from a shot Tyson, no way. He got 1 million for that. Then went to Germany and laid down for Valuev too. A waste of real talent. DRUGS< DRUGS< DRUGS!!! Had that million and Valuev cash smoked up within a year. PATHETIC. I know he laid down. Took Brewsters best and didn't budge. Now in Angola AGAIN doing hard time, and Angola is NOT easy TV time like most prisons, it is TRULY hard time. You grow your own food or you don't eat. **** HIM.:nono

Manny let him hit him just to get JC to open up, he was willing to take afew to get JC to let Pac have a go at his chin. So yeah a lightheavy busted Pacs grill, SO WHAT??? Remember PBF's eye almost closed from not getting hit from Oscar?? JC even said as much in his interview that he knew Pac was setting him up for counter and wouldn't do it.............let it go.:hat

This is where you are letting your feelings for pac get involved. No one is saying anything negative about pac. Pac is the man. HOWEVER, clottey is who we have a problem with. After watching clotteys past performances and then seeing that he didnt even carry himself in the same manner as in his past low output performances but in fact did worse by having a lower output. That is something that i will not accept, especially because when ever he decided to punch he connected.

THE BIGGEST FIGHT OF YOUR LIFE...

    one poster said
"to those of you saying Clottey through the Pac fight to "make money" are you ******ed? If he beats Pac he is a worldwide star, probably has a rematch with Pac or other mega fights where he would get big money. Yeah, but he threw it, for what? $2m?"

but i say... true if he beats pac he is a World wide star but OBVIOUSLY that didnt matter to him because HE DIDNT TRY TO WIN AND BECOME THAT WORLDWIDE STAR so why is it so hard to believe that he would throw the fight for an extra 2 mil and future promises of other fights to continue making money, when he didnt even come to win. And then he had the nerve to do that drunk man dance...

The biggest fight of your life..

BTW as weak minded as he is, arum probably said some **** like "if you do this i will give you a 2 mil bonus(which by the way is a lot of money for someone who never had it and is in dire need of money) and future bouts with these guys that will keep money flowing but if you dont do it then i will make sure you dont get these big bouts and if you try to leave no one is going to pick you up because of your past failures in every big bout you have had.

And you know what he would be absolutely right. He is probably deep in his head. How the **** do you lose every major bout you are in, not even ranked the in the top 5 and then coming off a loss you get a shot at the best. especially when the people ranked above you dont. whatever, i am done talking about this one. Pac executed and in my mind would have one in any circumstance but this was thrown....im out:hi:

I don't know why people think Oscar threw the Hopkins fight. He got tagged with a body shot and it stopped him. I don't know what incentive people believe could have persuaded Oscar to do that.
