    because back then in world title fights, they let fighters fight and when asked if they could see they didnt ***** out and say no , because they thought they were ahead on points....

    I remember that fight, it was on Saturday afternoon when the networks would show an occasional fight.
    Seans Dad was his promoter, manager and trainer. Pat O'Grady turned his son pro at the age of 15.
    The fight with Fukuyama was held in Oklahoma City, the O'Gradys hometown. You know that fight wasn't going to be stopped unless Seans head fell off. Blood was spraying all over ringside , including Seans cute sisters, permenent fixtures at all his fights.
    Finally , Sean rallied and dropped Fukuyama . The hometown ref rushed it to stop the fight without a count , even though Fukuyama wasn't badly hurt.
    A true hometown robbery for all to see on Saturday afternoon TV. At the time , Sean was being brought along as a popular prospect, so Fukuyamas quick dismissal wasn't questioned as much as Seans come from behind "KO" was celebrated.

    If the fight wasn't in Oklahoma, it probably would've been stopped.
