OMG this guy went from KO'ing Sam Peter, Lamon Brewster, Liakhovich, beating Chisora, to fighting complete bums... then SD'ing a bum!!! with a 10-14 record lol. I guess he injured his hand or somethig in this fivght, but still!! How the might have fallen, this guy is a complete bum, I would seriously fight him.. This content is protected
He was always overrated, Chisora got robbed in one of the worst robberies of this sport. I would beat Helenius and I am a CW currently. Don't even need a training camp.
He is practically an alcoholic from what I know. He drinks beer during his training camps- there is a video of him doing so.
To be fair to him I think the explanation could be injury: https://www.boxinginsider.com/headlines/robert-helenius-suffers-career-threatening-shoulder-injury/
I don't like Chisora vs 00s Peter or Brewster, certainly not by stoppage. Helenius should never have taken the fight injured. You have to say the guy is (was) a warrior for doing so.
Brewster, Peter & Liahkovich were all completely shot. No surprise that he's struggled with guys who aren't half zombies
Helenius broke his wrist in that fight, bad performance nevertheless. Helenius seems like a guy who needs a real goal to pursue, last year he dropped over 10 kgs for the Chisora fight and seemed to have learned from his past mistakes. He could still have good fights against the likes of Wallin or his sparring partner Kabayel.
After the Sauerland debacle he has going downhill very fast. It's a shame, because he was a great prospect.
