I can't stand Mayweather either to be honest. Ali could get away with it because the things he said were generally funny and can honestly say he fought everyone. It wasn't as if he started running his mouth off and did all he could for three years to get out of a particular fight. op
No my opinion has not changed at all.Haye has a better chance with Wlad but not much of a chance.I just think he will be proven too small and eat the jab all night before getting stopped. Against Vitali, even though he is getting older I see it ending the same way the Hide fight ended.Haye will be knocked out early,he will go for it and end up getting caught by a big punch whilst trying to land his own. Its what ive always thought about these fights.Haye has done very little since becoming champion certainly nothing to convince me he can pull out a win against the brothers. Its going to be very different to punching an old John Ruiz at will or laying out a tool like Audley.People point to the Valuev fight but he is far less skilled than either brother and he certainly dont hit as hard.
Haye can beat Vitali on points if his stamina is good enough to throw enough shots to keep Vitali off him, otherwise he will get walked down and stopped when he is exhausted. Haye can beat Wlad potentially by TKO/KO if he is fast enough to land the shots that matter before Wlad can land his, and if his stamina is good enough to sustain it up until that point. There is the obvious additional consideration that it could only take one shot from either brother to end the fight. It's hard to factor that in, because they may not land it. Maybe a few fights out of ten they would get a clean one shot KO before Haye is tired. Haye has a better chance versus Vitali than he did 2 years ago. Hey has the same chance versus Wlad than he did 2 years ago.
