Not really. Holyfield started looking like crap as he got older getting stopped by bowe in their 3rd fight when he was able to slug and take heavy shots in the last 2 fights. Light heavy weight Moore also embarrassed him and then there was the blown up middleweight james toney stoppage.

This was the same guy who previously took heavy shots from Stewart, Cooper, Lewis, Tyson, etc. Made no sense at all.

 

It was a mistake. I highly doubt the fight would have been there for him later on though. This was calculated by GBP.
