Not true. Kellermans Daddy is an ESPN executive. Why do you think Max is on TV to begin with.

  6. I would take old Larry over Kellerman also:thumbsup Max is just a little to hyper, and Larry's more relaxed and profound..

I made a comment about this after the Hopkins-Wright fight, but something strange happened that night with Kellerman and I don't think I remember seeing him ever again since that night. During either the Katsidis or Linares undercard fights, Kellerman was not heard for the entire match from the start and then he suddenly jumped into a conversation somewhere in the late-mid rounds. His voice sounded different and it seemed like he arrived late to his job. I think there's something happening between him and HBO. Let's hope we never hear him again. The more Larry Merchant, the better.

    I haven't seen Kellerman since Hopkins-Wright. I bet he'll be back for Calzaghe-Kessler or Cotto-Mosley. I expect Merchant to do Mayweather-Hatton.

Yeah, I will tomorrow. I'm in school monday-thursday, so thursday night/friday morning is usually the time I analyze the matchups for the weekend and make predictions/bets. You picked some interesting fights this week, like the flyweight and Michael Gomez ones. Generally, everyone seems to be picking the same two winners for those fights, but I think upsets have a damn good chance of happening in both.

From another boxing site, you can google Max Kellerman under the news heading and find the story.

Sounds like Max is only doing bigger cards now.
