Sore muscles usually only happen to me if I increase the intensity but didnt know not training for 12 days could do this (Had a nasty cold)
Sorry phrased it wrong, hadnt trained for 12 days due to a cold, last thursday my cold was over and I trained again but my arms were incredibly sore, more so than normal, the tendons around my elbow and my forearms still are sore
You worked out the tendons around your elbow are sore how? It seems you have DOMS. I don't see the problem...
