Props to you on sparring with both men. Big ups on that. I'm not a boxer - but this is certainly how I broke down the rematch. Oscar fights at his best on his toes. He boxed like that with great success against another #1 P4P entrant in Pernell Whitaker. I thought he edged that fight out by being more active than Whitaker - and he can do the same to Mayweather.

Well, Oscar was criticized after the Floyd fight for not using his jab near enough. I still doubt it'll be enough to make a difference in the 2nd fight with Mayweather, but who knows.

    *yawns*

the reason Oscar stopped using his jab ws because Mayweather's counter shots were too fast so he decided to not use it anymore....im tired of people making excuses saying if Oscar did this...and if oscar did that..man Oscar landed 22% of his punches....next time will be no different

why did he stop using his jab in the tito, vargas, quartey and sturm fight?

was it because floyd was countering him?

I kind of agree with you. But I also think Oscar should fight like the star he is. Not following Floyd like a hungry young challenger. Boxers want to beat Floyd so badly they end up making mistakes. I remember Oscar hitting Floyd many times and staying there. He needs to move before the counterpunch comes back at him.

Let's consider who DLH fought yesterday. A much smaller guy with no pop. DLH didn't throw his jab against PBF because he got winded as he always does in the later stages of his fights. If DLH can somehow maintain his stamina, it will be interesting. But i still see PBF being too good for DLH.

When did you spar with Oscar and Floyd?

I don't think Oscar can beat Floyd, I think it will be even more clear cut this time, I fancy Floyd by 117-111 116-112 116-112 UD. :D

Hey, I'm gonna take your word. But tell us fans of both DLH an PBF what its like to be in the ring with them. What similarities and differences there are, what did you prefer working with? Would be very cool.

Oscar hits alot harder than floyd but floyd is Very fast on his feet and has blurring handspeed its alot harder to see Oscars punches because he hesitates alittle bit if u watch him on tv u can see it he would throw 2 punches and slow down for half a second and throw like 4 more, Floyd is lands more tho and is a very good body puncher but iloyd dont take it weill on the chin seems like head shots bother him unlike oscar

It's nice to read about the most qualified opinion you can give on that one.

How was it sparring with them, what was the experience like? Do you come home from the gym and say to yourself - Wow, I just sparred the pound for pound best boxer on earth and the most popular/famous boxer of our generation?

We have never seen the best of Oscar. He beat Void in the first fight and he will beat Void in the rematch, only much more convincingly. Oscar makes the big money for his opponents. Oscar was using Forbes for preparation, had a great sparring session. I had the fight 120-108!!!
