No question Margo wore him down, but would he have been able to get to him like he did if Cotto didn't have those chin issues?? My argument is no, if Cotto could have weathered the storm when he was taking those punches in the 11th, he might have been able to make it to the final bell. It would've helped if he held a bit too, frankly.

This is what I don't understand. Where is this **** coming from about Tony having bad footwork? Was he not in Cintron's face all night? Was he not in Santos' face all night? Was he not in Paul Williams' face all night? You know all those guys got beat up, right?

Nobody is boxing circles around Margarito. Look guys have tried to use the ring and move. He found them. He always finds them. Don't try and play like this guy is as slow as Baldomir.

My thing is even if you hurt MArg he is still going to come forward. So why even bring that up have you ever seen MArg hurt and stop coming forward? If your answer is no then why bring it up, He doesnt get hurt so your going to have to use you feet to create space and angles.

And no saturday didnt convince me Marg can beat Floyd.

I was actually really impressed with his footwork in the Cintron fight. At one point he was throwing body shots and maneuvered to the side of Cintron beautifully to throw a left hook to the midsection, beautiful stuff. Floyd would still baffle him and make him stumble around though. :deal

People said the same crap when Margo signed to fight Cotto.

Cotto is to fast and to skilled.

It is all talk and we can go on forever whit this what if. For one PBF is retired. Two the boxing world doesn't miss PBf one bit. I've been watching great fights all year long.

Cotto's chin wasn't even a factor in this fight...it was his lack of having a plan b and his fatigue...age or another fighter giving his 2 cents shouldn't make you feel vindicated.
