Having heard the Audley Story, has your opinion of him changed?

    Im sure by now a lot of you have heard the full Audley Story. About how his BBC contract not being renewed then having to fight with Frank Warren left him broken and led him to lose his love for the game.

    Having heard him speak lately and come into the spotlight, has your opinion of him changed at all?

    For me, i never hated Audley. But lately ive genuinely started liking the dude!
    He gets asked time after time about his heart his chin his desire etc. But he answers every question respectfully and honestly. He has never contradicted himself and from the day he turned pro hes maintained his ''destiny'' thing. He admits his own short comings aswel, which not many others do. Moreover some of his interviews are just plainly hilarious as HELL. You cant hate the guy lol.

    Has your opinion of him changed lately?

    p.s. i KNOW lots of you are saying its a garbage fight he doesnt deserve a shot etc there's hundreds of threads regarding that so can we not have comments about THAT please. thank you.

    iv never nt liked him i think its because every one hates him so i felt sorry on him but i always root for him when he fights.and his interviews are quality

    exactly. his interviews are hilarious.
    despite all the hating and insults hes faced with he just maintains a calm collected presence and just gives thoughtful genuine answers from his heart.

    I kinda admire him for never giving up, always chasing the dream. He's been banging on for a decade now about winning a world title, and i cant shake the nagging suspicion that the planets are lining up for him....

    He is a tosser in person though. Or, he was 6 years ago when i met him. I dislike him marginally less than Haye so im rooting for him. i think of them both as pathetic cartoon characters.

    Nope, November 13th will confirm this.

    I never hated the guy, just thought he was overrated, I do however feel for the guy when it comes to signing with Warren, he obviously hates the guy but was his only option.

    My opinion has definately changed. I used to despise him, but now have come to appreciate him for the ridiculously funny guy he is.

    I'll be rooting for him as passionately as I've rooted for anyone. Bless him. It would be great if could actually get his hands on a world title. He'd have my respect forever!
