    I'm going with Hayato Tsutsumi by UD, but Moreno need some respect he have the longest reign in Bantamweight division history.

    The hell? Moreno is still around. He was pretty good back in his day, weird and interesting. Never seen Hayato fight before either so let's see what's up.

    Made his comeback in 2019.
    Skipped 2020 due to obvious reasons.
    Had 4 fights in the following 2 years and picked up a ranking by the WBA.
    No idea why he fought only once in 2023 but here we are.

    Tsutsumi is ranked 10th by the WBA. Moreno enjoys the 9th spot, even tho he hasn´t fought at 126lb since early 2022. And his last two fights were at 130.
