Golota, Lykoavich or Maskaev. Hope he doesn't fight ruiz as that would contradict a lot of what he said about hayemaker productions.

It'd be an easy fight imo. Afterall the guy got pretty much outboxed by the new Nicolay Valuev of all people in his last fight.

As for Dimitrenko, could never see Universum let him fight Haye as they're trying to make him fight for the WBO belt in 2009.
God knows how he's ranked as no 2 by the WBO btw as the guy still only fights lower ranked journeymen opponents. I mean the biggest fight he's been in was against a past it Timo Hoffmann and it's not like he's ever been exciting to watch

Not too keen on how he spoke of Skelton there. You can kindly decline it, and criticise Warren without getting stuck into Skelton, who has done nothing wrong and is a generally respectful guy

Out that list I would go for Travis Walker, he tends to freeze if his opponent launches even a slight offensive. Next would be Ruiz and I think Haye may repeat what Tua did.

I agree. Whilst plenty of it was funny and I like him having a go at Warren, Skelton comes across as a really good bloke, honest, determined and respectful.
I am a big Haye fan but there is no need for him to bad mouth a guy like Skelton.

True, Skelton is a gentle giant and has done well for himself with his late entry into boxing.

Haye should have stuck to Warren instead of shitting on a fellow pro.

i think he was emphasizing the point as to why he shouldn't fight skelton. he can't really do that without pointing out the guys failings...

skelton could be a nicest bloke in boxing, but he's still very crude and boring to watch.

Exactly, he had to make a point about Skelton. But he did go over the top with lines such as "Now they want to wheel out the company's grandad on his Stannah stair-lift for a beating."

That is harsh, but still quite funny.

Haye is really putting it all on the line with his mouth, he better look something special at heavyweight because I'm expecting Tyson in '88 for his next fight after all this... :bbb

As people know im not a Haye fan as i find his attitude really arrogant and off putting.....But.... he is bang on the money about Warren.

Although i think Haye v Skelton IS a 50/50 fight. Skelton is big, powerful, and durable, yes he is crude, but he is everything that could give Haye problems. I believe it would be a good starting point into the heavyweight division.

Just one note, what happens if after all his talk Haye gets beat in his next fight?

 I think he has to fight top 10 guys to fulfill his Setanta contract not guys in the top 100000000000000000000000.

He will look like a knob! :yep

I can't see it though somehow. I think Haye will be a real shot in the arm for the HW division.
I know Bonin was nothing special but Haye looked rediculously fast at the weight and even his jabs looked to carry a lot of power. As long as he doesn't walk onto a big shot I can see him doing very very well.

Indeed he will but I guess it's a risk he's prepared to take in order to make the fights happen. He's putting himself on the line & is single minded about what he wants to do. I don't mind a bit of arrogance provided he follows through with his claims which I think he will. Whether or not he actually becomes world heavyweight champion is another matter but I think at the very least he will try.
