    I was being facetious..:blood

Anaerobic is oxygen depleting. BUT Haye is a boxer. Aerobic activity is a MUST in order to be able to box for 12 rounds. Hayes not stupid he knows this. Without being privy to his workout regime theres not one person here that can declare with certainty from a picture that he has not got the tools to go 12 rounds just because in there perception he looks muscular. HJe`s 6ft 3. Not 5ft 9.

We use Batawi style. I started initially in Wing Chun when i was about 7 but lost interest for some time and went back to it about 5 years ago. I explored Wushu but i found it to be too theatrical and favored the Silat style much more as this employs a mixture of Muay Thai strikes some submmisions and ground work. Plus i like the art form much like the 1st form of Wing Chun which is quite graceful. Each to there own i suppose.

    come on man relax.
I never said anything about roids, and I dont think thats what he is doing. Anyone who truely thinks he is on roids is an idiot. Haye does look awesome.

all I am debating is the guys that say he will be bigger and have the same speed etc. Maybe he will! But like I said, most likely his hand speed will be alittle less if he keeps putting on the bulk.

Nicolai Valouev would love to fight Haye after he beats Ruiz. Put the money up and................Valouev by knockout. Vlad by knockout. Chagaev by knockout. Povetkin by knockout, etc. Even Peter by knockout.

Yeah I know what anaerobic is, literally means 'without oxygen'.

And obviously the aerobic system is the most important for a boxer, but with more muscle he will require more oxygen to work it, it is as simple as that I'm afraid.

What I think we CAN conclude is that David and his team know far BETTER THAN ANY ONE OF US, what they are doing, how they will carry the muscle and what his best weight will be, its all very well for us to say ''Oh I think he has too much muscle, he is to heavy'' or whatever, at the end of the day THEY are the Pro's, and they know exactly what they are doing and why.

The added muscles will only slow Haye up, handspeed and footspeed like. If he elects to stand and trade with elite fighters like Waldo and Toney he will get knocked out. It is all stereoids and anabolika that is pretty obvious.

    1. Trade with Toney, yeah because Toney hits like a err train....

    2. Haye is always always in great shape. Toney is roided up to ****, and has been caught a number of times and he is very fat. So how people look is no indication of if a person is on roids. :patsch
