The picture of him, if he is indeed at 233, would seem to prove otherwise.

I'd expect the weight to come down a bit in serious training for a fight as he would be doing more speed and endurance work. He'll probably come in in the 220's.

2 weeks ago, haye sitting in a chair in a vest was called a fat bloated **** on esb

2 weeks later he called a musclebound power lifting steroid using ripped ****.

only 2 weeks to go to see what his next incarnation on esb will be.

Well, he looks in great shape, but a little........ weird? His frame is in no way right for the kind of bulk he's putting on. He's tall and slim by nature. He could really slow down with this extra weight.

He should stop right there, otherwise he too will become another fat slob in the HW division.

IMO he is already some 5-10lbs heavier than what would be ideal for him trying to mantain the same speed that he had at CW. Nothing that he couldn't lose while in training camp though.

He is looking a lot like Shannon Briggs, hope he doen't end up another 5 punches per round boreness.

    :good

The brain hits the base of the skull at impact and effectively there's a mini neuro-electrical storm which is triggered and runs down the central nervous system along the spine. This in turn immobilises you as it shuts down all non-essential functions.

    Pretty interesting stuff, actually.

Too big. Wlad sees that and knows an easy night is coming.

That look will work for most, but not the elite.

Now that you mention it. Long neck. Almost looks like the neck and head could have been photo shopped. I know nothing of Hayes though.

How long does it take for the roids to be undetectable in your system?
