Half the guys on that list either aren't that good, or are on their last legs in the weight class. Throwing out names for the sake of it doesn't mean there's depth there, although I do like the Cruiserweight division now, especially as the fights get made. The future of the division is now having some prospects like Godfrey, Flores, and Banks taking the next step into contender status over the next couple of years since there's alot of vets that don't have much more shelf life there.
Nothing wrong with Haye chasing the big money up at heavyweight. BUT... with only 2 major wins (and 1 has yet to be confirmed), so really only 1 (mormeck), there really can't be any discussion about him being one of the top cruiserweights of all time (which I've seen already). And thats regardless of his skills (H2H maybe, but thats another discussion), and how he does at HW.
I don't like how he's tooted his own horn when the fight with enzo hasn't even happened yet. It will look really bad after what he said about taking making a mark in the heavyweight division if he ends up losing today.
Yes, it would be funny! I also think it is great to have a fight that is a tossup instead of an out and out mismatch as so many are today, so I agree.
I'd say you were more the Peter Manfredo Jr. of picking, Max!:yep Here you go, old chap: This content is protected
