Ali is certainly no Mormeck or Fragomeni. That's why it's unreasonable to think that he survives until the fifth or later.

Haye would have by far the best chance of the fighters around today but he'd still get destroyed.

Well, the one useful thing I got out of this thread was looking up the Cooper knockdown.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnEDM4EC5kw

No question Ali was hurt there. He was also so bored it looked like he was fighting underwater.

I can't say I blame people for being hyped about Haye. The guy is articulate, has power, comes to fight in shape, and actually throws punches, all of which makes him more interesting than 90% of the heavyweight division. Are the expectations completely over the top? Probably.

I still think he starches Calvin Brock though. :rofl

Cut it out w/ this haye **** ...

Ali smashes him and knocks him out ... nothing can **** with that Ali jab.

How is Macca a HOF'r when he fought no one ... he won the belt Johnny Nelson vacated, defended against some bums and lost to Haye.

How is Haye an ATG from beating 2 guys?

    Get off this guys dick!!

Good point, we must remember Haye's other fights. This would probably resemble the Glen Kelly fight, since you can't really compare Ali with Maccarinelli or Mormeck.

    Haye TKO3.

    WTF...

too much enthusiasm about Haye... he is good, but he still has to prove that he is great.

If Ali's corner and the ref let him. Many a man has been saved from bolivian due to people being wise to Haye's power.
