Or Haye could adopt the Pacquiao 144 lb v Margarito gameplan 150 lb of flurry and move?

Wlad is an infinitely more popular fighter in Germany than Valuev; quicker; heavier handed; and just plain better all round. No way could Haye expect to do the same one punch-and move strategy and be succesful. I'm tipping a Wlad win on MD/UD, but I expect Haye to try the flurry and move, get tagged with big shot(s) and revert to a plan b: one-hit and move to stop being KO. (But I'm hoping I'm wrong because I'm going for Haye)

This is blatant nonsense. Here's a link to a video on the scene, a post fight interview with Adam Booth and he clearly states that the strategy ALL along was to win the fight by throwing as few punches as possible due tot he fact that the more punches you throw at Valuev the more opportunity he has to hit you.

    Just remove the space.

Good point -- it will be tough for Haye to win a decision in Germany against Wlad.

I think the gameplan may be to try to wear Wlad down and try to hurt him late, as Haye did against Valuev.

I'm convinced Haye will land something solid early, in the first or second round, enough for Wlad to cover up (and get the crowd cheering loudly). What he does right after is what will shape this fight: either he goes in for the kill and gets sloppy (as he normally does) and gets counter-punched and dropped to the canvas, or he shows patience and backs up, letting Wlad know he can hurt him when he wants to and buying hiimself much needed real estate for several more rounds. But I doubt Haye will show much restraint after landing any good shots, and that is going to be his undoing, IMHO.

The key factor here is not just related with Haye's mobility to implement Valuev fight's plan but it has a lot to do with the way the two fighters lead into each other. It doesn't take an expert to foresee Wlad double triple jabbing, range-finding, jumping back to stay out of reach and all that stuff. Question really is whether if Haye can score or even hit hard enough without getting jabbed two, three times before delivering the powerpunch.

Based on weight Haye is only 12 pounds lighter then Sanders was when he fought Wlad and his speed and power combo also the fact that he throws relatively straight punches(esp compared to Peter the only puncher Wlad had beat since Sanders) I'd say Wlad-Sanders 2 is def not out of the question..... Whether Haye tries for it is another story but honestly the "Haye-Valuev 2.0" would be a way harder way to win for Haye so him trying that would be quite silly.
