I wonder what he's waiting on? seems strange to more or less sack his long term trainer without an immediate replacement and STILL no mention of an actual fight, if i was him i'd have a serious think about returning at cruiser or can't he do the weight now?

Was always a big fan of Haye and always rooted for him when he was fighting but all the bs of the last 3 years has made not care about him in the slightest anymore

If I was him I'd come back and try and clear out the CW division, it will be very difficult for him to pack the weight in he will need to fight at HW esp with a dodgy shoulder

Lots of big fights for him at CW

You are right and the cw weight is higher now than when he boxed in it.

He's in Dubai or some other exotic country every 5 minutes - that adds up.

No doubt Booth, the taxman, his trainer and his nutritionist took a fair bit of cash off of him.

David should still have millions (he seems far from an idiot), but I wouldn't be surprised if he has blown through a fair few quid whilst not fighting.

Please explain? he lost to the best in the division and then he becomes abysmal, he has had a lot of injuries too which have prevented so many fights so I'm not sure how him at heavyweight has been abysmal

I'd imagine those trips are earning him money rather than costing him - special guest of the emir / sheikh / prince etc. As the world cup bidding, ownership of MCFC and PSG, and horse racing show, the gulf states are happy to spend a fortune to raise their profile.
