Earnie Shavers hit harder than anyone fighting today, and possibly is the hardest hitting heavyweight ever. Marciano probably didn't hit as hard as WALDO with a single shot, but he was twice the fighter WALDO is, that much is certain.
If you mean Strike then he just went up in my estimation. Maybe he's not just a spiky haired gay Liverpool fan with a Roger Federer fantasy after all
yup strike owned his ass, look back at geppy's old posts . oh and as for me being scrawny, is that why you pm'd me asking me for strength training advise?
The point is he has been fighting people with punches equal to or better than all but a couple of the current crop of heavyweights already. There used to be a huge jump to HW from 175. From 190 there was a bit of a jump. From 200... where the big guys are 210 plus come fight night the jump to heavyweight just isnt that big. He might get KO'ed in his next fight, he might not. But damnit, it'll be worth watching either way and thats not something that is true of many heavyweight fights or fighters recently.
Add in that Wlad has pumped a lot of iron and taken a lot of supplements to get to 238lbs - he's not a natural big man like Lewis. This point about the biggest punchers being 220 or less is an excellent one :good
