I think you’re right. Fully aware that con-jobs like Haye-Harrison will not work for a second time, they know it’s Klitschkos or no one, now. I hope they’re sincere, too. And judging by the Booth quote provided by 2manyusernames (above), they seem to be.

But I've learned not to completely trust Haye and Booth. They're pretty good at talking ****.

 

There both as bad as each other. Wlad fights a loads of bums and Haye fights the rest of them. As for getting the deal done Haye always wanted more than he deserves. Regardless of who he's fought Wlad is the top dog here. Beat Wlad and then you can demand what percent of PPV you keep apart from when you negotiate with Vitali.

I wanted to be a Haye fan but i really think its HIM whos caused all this messing about. On The Scene, Booth claims Boente has rejected the offer. We'll have to see what Boente's got to say about that.

 

If that is the case, then I see no reason for Klitschko and Co to move the posts. The talks sound somewhat positive but we'll have to wait and see.

Even if the contracts are signed, the date is set, the venue is chosen and the WBA didn't strip Haye for fighting in an unification bout, I won't cheer yet.
