"Back when they first fought, Samuel Peter was very durable, it was like he was taking punches on purpose just to prove how tough he was, but sooner or later that durability goes," Haye told the Sky Sports Ringside programme.
"Since then Peter has been getting hurt by some much lighter punchers - James Toney hurt him, he got hurt by Eddie Chambers and Vitali smashed him to bits, so his punch resistance has gone."
Harrison added: "It depends how hungry Samuel is. Samuel Peter can definitely give Wladimir Klitschko trouble because we know that when you get past his great offence, he's got no defence - he'll just hold because he doesn't want to mix it and doesn't want to fight.
"The question is, how much does Samuel Peter want it after having the hindings that he's had?"

£50 on a knockout for Peter gets you £400, and to be honest, I like those odds. But I just don't think Peter has it in him anymore.

Wouldnt say hes lost durability. Has he even been knocked down? Vitali hit him with some vicious rights and in the end he only gave up because of the open point scoring.

These three "lighter" punchers would tear Haye's own head off inside of 6 rounds.

He was KD's 3 times vs. Jameel McCline and went on to win, but FortyOz says he had some sort of eardrum balance problem then. One of the KD's looks kinda like a simultaneous hip check and McCline is huge. I think at least one was on an uppercut, and Chef said quite a while ago Wlad has been working on uppercuts in training - heard he was throwing them in the public workout the other day.

We'll see. I think it will be tough for Peter to absorb as much punishment as he took in the first Klitschko fight and keep coming forwards. That might be partly what Haye means. It would take massive determination to do that - even more than in the first fight because Peter knows Wlad's capable of lasting the whole fight even if he's aggressive. Some psychological effects at work.

A third-rate fighter like Audley commenting on Peter? Peter may not be elite, but he's a world class fighter would has only lost to the best. Harrison is a never-was regional fighter who wouldn't last 6 rounds with Peter.

To be fair he is probably just answering the questions that the journalist asked.

they asked for his opinion and he gave it. get over yourself.
Everyone ESB is fit to comment on fighters. So why shouldnt audley be allowed to when asked? Hes damm sure accomplished more in the sport than anyone on ESB

That's fair. But Harrison should just answer that Peter is a good fighter, that's it. It's sad an pathetic that a fighter like him is in the position that he's in in the first place.

He is entitled to an opinion more than nearly everyone who posts on this forum is, atleast he's been in a ring.

Well Blame Haye for this fight, you can't blame Audley for wanting a world title.

Why? Do you answer ''yea .... is a good fighter'' when asked about a boxer? no. You give your opinions. Thats all Audley is doing, he said it in a respectful manner. Didnt ***** or talk down about him at all

He has the right, surely. But no one should take him him seriously. It's a transparent attempt to dispage the Klitscho defense. And considering who it's coming from, it's laughable. If you want to take it seriously, that's your perogative. Audley and Haye both know their fight is joke. Both Haye and Booth have said as much in the press. :nut

Yea. If you've never beaten a fighter of that caliber, you answer that he's a good fighter. You don't say he's got lousy defense, as Audley did.

lol. I honestly dont think it was a shot at the Klits. what haye said was a clear shot at them. Because i saw the full vid where they asked them these q's. Ive seen all the haye/harrison vids and whenever they ask audley about the klits he has never said a bad thing about them. He keeps saying hes not looking past david haye. hes not even thinking of november 14th. SO i honestly dont think it was a dig at the klits. he hasnt said a bad thing about them.
