Thing is does Haye have the temprement to wait for his oppurtunity. Sure he did it against Macc but that was for 5 minutes, and he wasnt getting hurt. He would be getting hurt by Wlads jab. I think Haye can win, just a coutner to your argument.
Out of curiousity..what was your pick for Hatton v Mayweather? I clearly remember you saying that Hatton has a big chance.
I think the reason Haye is getting so wound up is he wants the money, he hasn't earnt the money yet to financially guarantee himself espeically after trainers fees and taxes etc. and he knows Klitschko gets a couple of mil just for fighting mandatories and he is jealous, pure envy and he wants some, Klit will keep him away with that pawing jab and if he went and trained away from that ***** Manny Steward he woudl also land the right hand and goodnight Haye.
Haye got £900,000 for Enzo fight and £300,000 for Mormeck, he is pretty smart so I am sure he has invested wisley. Your right though. Haye says he does not want Chagaev or Peter as it would give Wlad the chance to avoid him, so he should fight Rahman (2 with IBF, 12 with WBO) OR Dimitrenko (3 with IBF, 3 with WBO). If he beats either of those two he will become Mandatory, giving Warren or another promoter the chance to put the fight on at 02 or even Wembley.
Exactly not enough money to even get a prper house in London after the 30% to trainer and tax etc. He wants Klit because it gies him the big money and the belts. Dimitrenko would be interesting, don't think haye shoudl fight him though that guy has talent just is lazy so far.
Haye gets good paydays to buy houses In London easy, Booth always drove a hard bargain with every promoter apparently. Spud Woolatt on boxrec claims this anyway and Frank said he paid Haye a fortune for the fight with Enzo.
Check London house prices! Couple of pros I knew and with well known promoters, trainers get a percentage of the fighters purse, not a fixed amount year round, can obviously vary with quality of trainer but most it's 30%.
Haye gets paid alot per fight though, he can afford to live In London decently easy, especially when he's earning 6 figure paydays twice to 3 times a year.
I don't agree at all, look as I said at London house prices, obviously at the moment he coudl afford a very modest house but anything special no way, that's why he wants to KLit fight and heavyweight bouts.
Why not live In a normal house or appartment, all these greedy boxers wanting too much flashy crap Is the reason why PPV exists and why theres hardly any fights on terrestrial tv.
I picked Mayweather to thrash Hatton and I certainly am no Floyd fanboy. It just seemed like an obvious call. Same with this fight. Haye defence is just too poor, unless he makes massive improvements, I think he will be taken apart quickly. And imagine how much harder Wlad hits than Mormeck. Haye is a very good fighter, but his weaknesses are just too much to overcome against someone like Wlad.
