Haye and Wlad are equally to blame

Wlad has supposedly already offered a 50/50 split across the board so whether he deserves a lot more is irrelevant. Its clearly not an issue for him.

He probably will sell out the German stadium on his own so give him the German tv revenues.

... and Haye can have the UK ones.

This was the deal supposedly offered by Haye. So where's the problem?
Why did Wlad turn this down?

What you propose is fair enough. What Wlad offered was more than fair - it was way too generous.

What Haye is demanding is puerile, and so are his fans.

Wrong again. Rob, you get caught comparing apples to oranges so often I had hoped you started using some common sense.

Valuev got 8 million viewers against Haye and usually averaged 7 million in all his other fights against nobodies like Barrett, Beck and McCline. To argue that Haye is "well-known" based no fighting Valuev in Germany would elevate Barrett, Beck and McCline to the level of "celebrities"

There is no doubt that the Klits are unknown in the UK, I have no problem admitting that. But to argue that Haye is more popular or "well-known" in Germany than vice versa is simply completely ridiculous.

Germans know jack**** about boxing. Why do you think the German hometown heroes like Sven Ottke and Felix Sturm get away with and celebrated for boxing total nobodies and tomato cans. And you expect the dumb Germans to have heard of and to actually be excited about David Haye?

Haye doesn't deserve 50% of anything. This guys a challenger and the REAL champ is willing to split..WTF... Haye has no real interest in taking this fight and losing that aura he has seemed to built up with certain fans.. cause he knows if this fight happens, back to nowhere for him..

 

Not sure if you realize is, but Haye is now all of a sudden asking for more than 50% of the total revenues. So it would possibly be 60/40 in Haye's favor. Let's not discuss what's fair and what's not fair, just assume for a moment that it is highly unlikely that Wlad will ever fight anybody on this planet for less than 50% of the total revenues.

Remember Booth said multiple times in April "Anything less than 50-50 and Haye will never agree". That was their tune back then, now they want more. If Haye wants 60% now, why didn't he say so in April? Why did he just ask for 50% then?

Also another point: The IBF has given a deadline until sometime in May until a deal must be agreed upon in order to grant Wlad the extension to temporarily free him of his mandatory defense obligation against Povetkin. Remember we have not heard from Haye nor from Booth until well after the deadline expired. Then, Wlad was forced by the IBF to enter into a contract with Povetkin for a fight in September.

How is Wlad to blame? Haye wanted 50/50 and Wlad gave it to him. What Haye is requesting IS NOT 50/50! How can you nuthuggers not see this?

Haye does not seriously want to fight either Klitschko anytime soon. They guy is a disgrace.
